Know what the guidance can tell you.
A double coat has an outer coat and an undercoat. Shedding and grooming needs vary by dog. A quiz suggests a group; it cannot assess skin health or predict an exact shedding date.
New bald or patchy areas deserve a call to your vet, even if the skin isn’t red or itchy. This site provides educational guidance, not an examination or diagnosis.

Who is the Plan for, and who should skip it?
The Plan is mainly for owners of double-coated dogs who want to organize a grooming routine. If your dog has a single or curly coat, most of the seasonal undercoat guidance will not apply. The free coat quiz can suggest a group. If the result is uncertain, ask a qualified groomer before choosing tools or a schedule. Skip it if your current routine already meets your needs or you expect a guide to stop normal shedding.
How and when will I receive the files?
After payment, download links are sent by email. Save the PDFs to your phone or computer, then open the Ten-Minute Start first. You can review the delivery details on the Plan page before purchasing.
Can I use it on my phone, or do I need a printer?
You can read the PDF guide and Quick Start on a phone, tablet, or computer with a PDF reader. The five cards are designed for printing; the wall card and log work best on paper. A printer is not required to read the guide, but access to one helps you use those cards as intended.
Do I need to buy another grooming tool?
Not automatically. The Plan is a digital guide sold separately from physical tools. Its coat-group references help you consider the tools you already have. Buying PawPampering’s rake is not required.
What is included in the $27 Plan?
The 18-page Shedding Season Plan, the two-page Ten-Minute Start, and five printable cards: the Blow-Coat Wall Card, 52-Week Shedding Log, Vet Visit Checklist, Deshedding Bath Card, and Seven-Day Brush Training Card. This is a PDF package, not a video course or a subscription.
What if my download email is missing?
Check spam and the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find the download, email support@pawpampering.com with your order number or the email address you ordered with. For another order question, replying to your receipt keeps the details together.

Is this veterinary advice?
No. These are educational grooming resources. Contact your veterinarian about new patchy or bald areas, sudden changes in shedding, sore skin, or persistent scratching. Healthy-looking skin alone does not rule out a medical cause.
